ILM Level 2 Award for young leaders

aged 14-17

ILM Level 2 Award for Young Leaders.

The ILM Level 2 Award for Young Leaders programme at PGL Liddington combines structured lessons with cultural trips and confidence building outdoor activities. The aim of the ILM award is to help young learners develop a range of skills and behaviours in leadership and self-management.

Add some leadership and team-building activities, such as raft building, climbing and the high ropes course, and some interesting excursions to London, Bicester and Oxford. It all adds up to an experience they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. During the programme, students create a portfolio of evidence that will demonstrate the knowledge and skills achieved on the course.
