About Jugendgästehaus Edthof

This youth hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the pretty village of Eben where there are cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, souvenir shops and chemist.

The nearest lifts are a 15 - 20 minute drive away in Flachau. There is also a small ski area directly accessible from Eben.

Guests receive the Sportwelt ski pass which covers over 760km of prepared piste.

The Edthof looks very traditional from the outside, but has a modern purpose built interior. Accommodation is on a full board basis, with a packed lunch provided to be eaten on the mountain.


The Edthof looks very traditional from the outside, but has a modern, purpose built interior consisting of two wings, each housing approximately 60 beds in multi-bedded rooms. The accommodation has a total of 200 beds split over 6 buildings. Rooms are modern, light and nicely furnished, and all are en-suite. Teachers are usually accommodated in twin rooms.

There are a total of 7 separate dining rooms of various sizes. Seating from 20 to 80 guests.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, a packed lunch is provided for on the slopes and there is a 3-course dinner in the evenings. Tap water is available for all meals.

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
