About Jugendpension Berghof

The family-run Jugendpension Berghof is an ideal accommodation for a single coach group having just 50 beds. Several of the rooms have been recently renovated. The Berghof is located on the Hochalm piste just outside Hinterglemm.

Groups start from the beginner slopes in Hinterglemm. More experienced skiers can meet their instructors at the hotel, then ski down to the lifts and explore the whole of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm valley.

There are a total of 50 beds. Students are generally accommodated in 4-6 bedded rooms. Teachers are mainly accommodated in double rooms. The majority of rooms are en suite and some have a balcony with a magnificent view of the valley.

Breakfast is served buffet style. A packed lunch is provided for the slopes and the 3-course evening meal is served to the table. Tap water is available at all meals on request.

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.

Intermediates will enjoy the beautiful tree-lined pistes on both sides of the valley and the open snowfields above Hinterglemm. Experts will find some steep and bumpy challenges, especially on the formidable Zwölfer run from the top of Hinterglemm at almost 2000 metres down to the bottom of the valley. Meanwhile, for beginners the nursery slopes are close to both village centres, with a range of good, easy runs higher up.
