Our dedicated takeover weekends welcome Brownies from across the country to gather together for adventure, friendship and a celebration of Girlguiding. The girls will enjoy exclusive access to a PGL centre...all weekend, from only £109pp + vat!

Exclusive Brownie Takeover Weekends

These specially-designed takeover weekends are packed with adventurous activities, fun and games, and have been created in partnership with Girlguiding to inspire discovery and personal growth in young girls.

Supporting Girlguiding

We're proud to support Girlguiding through our ongoing partnership. PGL Travel Ltd will donate money to The Guide Association (a registered charity with charity number 306016) in connection with the sale of PGL UK group packages to members of The Guide Association. For every purchase of a PGL UK group package made from and including 1 January 2023 by a member of The Guide Association excluding the first 680 such purchases, PGL Travel Ltd will donate 2.5% of the PGL sale price of that package (net of VAT) to The Guide Association.

What's included?

Each exclusive weekend includes full board accommodation for two nights, all adventure activities and instruction, evening activities, one free unit leader place for every six girls, and insurance cover for you and your group.

Taking the stress out of overnight stays…

Organising a camp for your unit is a piece of cake! There’s no cooking, cleaning or pitching tents to worry about… you can leave it all to us! Booking and paperwork is simple and straightforward, as we’re experts at making things easy. Our activities all take place on centre, so your unit will be able to enjoy a huge range of exciting sessions, all in one safe place!

Who can go?

Brownies and their Leaders in the ratio of six Brownies to one Leader (leaders go free in this ratio). You will no longer need to hold a full Holiday Licence to bring your group to PGL; instead you will be able to complete the new “Going Away With” licence (modules 1-4) through taking your girls to PGL.
