Primary to Secondary Transition Course
This course is designed to support children at the critical time in their school career when they transfer from primary to secondary school - giving them an enrichment opportunity to build relationships and personal confidence.
Key objective: to prepare children for the transition from Primary to Secondary school.
The course will allow them to focus on specific issues, typical of their stage in school, but identified by you, their teachers.
In an environment outside their 'normal' classroom experience, pupils are encouraged to consider their own and others' feelings, and the consequences of their actions, how to support each other and how to deal with unfamiliar situations.
Tailored to you
As Party Leader you choose the themes which are most relevant to your group. Before your course you will receive an 'Aims and Objectives' sheet which will help us identify your focus. You will also be invited to attend a course pre-planning day (if you are unable to attend our Course Director will contact you at school to discuss your needs).
