About Windmill Hill

Windmill Hill is the perfect outdoor residential centre for sports clubs in and around London. Set in the stunning Sussex Downs, your sports club will enjoy an adventure experience that will bring them outside and out of themselves.

If it’s team building you’re looking for, a raft building adventure will bring out the best in your group as they work together, using key communication skills and having fun on the water.

Windmill Hill has a heated outdoor pool available for your group to use during the summer, a large sports hall and sports pitches to take advantage of in between activity sessions.

You’ll stay in our comfortable wooden lodges, which are all en suite and offer a warm welcome after an active day. We’ll also provide lively evening entertainment sessions to round things off.

Extra hungry?
In addition to the variety of meals available at the servery, we’ve also got a self-service salad bar, brimming with healthy extras and fresh, homemade soup for some additional, hearty nutrition. There’s always plenty of fresh fruit available too. And if they’re still hungry, just ask us for extra food!

Special diet?
We can cater for a range of dietary requirements. Whether your sports team are on a special diet, have special dietary needs or just particular about what they eat, we’ll do our best to find suitable alternatives.

07.00 - 09.00 Get up, get ready and fuel up for the day ahead
09.15 - 12.30 Morning activities - usually 2 sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break
12.30 - 14.00 Dry off & clean up. Time for a fresh & tasty two-course hot lunch
14.15 - 17.30 Afternoon activities - 2 exciting sessions with a 15 minute refreshment break
18.00 - 19.00 Time to eat again - a different menu each day
19.00 - 21.00 Talent shows, campfires, quizzes and more. The evening entertainment programme keeps you laughing until bedtime.
21.00 / 21.30 Bedtime. Catch up on some zzz's and prepare to do it all over again tomorrow!
