This inspiring Highland hideaway will help your primary school group discover just how much fun learning can be.
Dalguise adventure centre is set in a beautiful wooded valley, just five miles from Dunkeld and is the perfect setting for some motivational adventure activities that will encourage your pupils to try something new, build their confidence and increase their sense of achievement.
Your pupils will enjoy a huge range of activities on land and water, such as trapeze, canoeing and climbing. There are some fantastic learning opportunities around the centre too. Beatrix Potter spent her childhood holidays here and is said to have found inspiration for her books from exploring the countryside nearby.
Why not engage your pupils with a history or nature trail at Dalguise? We’ll help bring learning to life for your group.
Choose to stay in our wooden lodges nestled close to the forest or in our cosy stable block.

Enjoyable mealtimes with nutritious and tasty food
Our meals are freshly cooked, balanced and will give your pupils plenty of energy to keep them going throughout the day.
Our little extras
In addition to our fantastic range of hot meals, (which are freshly prepared and include vegetarian options), we offer tasty, healthy, homemade soup every day. There’s also a wide variety of fresh fruit and salad options at our salad bar – it’s great when they want to try something new!
We know some of your pupils may be particular about what they eat. Don’t worry though, whether it’s because of special dietary needs or simply someone who’s really particular, we will always find something to suit any special requests you may have. And if they’re still hungry, we can offer alternatives and extra food.
Looking after you
Good meals in an efficient and clean environment is always a given with us, but we like to do much more. We go all-out to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in pleasant, attractive surroundings to help you to enjoy dining with us.
