If you’re off to Disneyland® Paris then there’s a few essentials that you’ll want (and need) to bring! When you’re thinking about what to pack for Disneyland Paris, it’s important to think about all kinds of things, like the weather, what kind of experience you want, and more.

So, that’s why we’ve done all of that for you, with our list of what to pack for Disneyland Paris.

Disneyland Paris Packing list

When you’re packing your bag for the trip, consider these items below. They’ll come in handy!

Backpack

First off, you’ll need a backpack to carry all of these items. It’s much easier to bring a small bag for the essentials, so you’re not having to hold them as you explore the magical kingdom. You might want to leave a little room too, just in case you pick up a souvenir from one of the many Disney shops.

Comfortable shoes

Now this is an important one! Disneyland has two parks, and there’s so much to see and do. So, it’s more than likely that you’ll be doing a lot of walking. Having some comfortable shoes on for your day trip will be a lifesaver (trust us), and it’ll mean you can easily explore everything Disney has to offer without having to worry about your feet hurting.

A water bottle

Hot? Cold? A refillable water bottle is always a good idea no matter the temperature. Keep your family hydrated throughout the day!

Sun cream

This is somewhat more weather dependent, but even if there’s only a bit of sun, having sun cream in your backpack is helpful, especially because you’ll be outside all day.

Sun Hat

This is another item to help keep the sun off everyone's head and neck, especially the little ones. Any type of sun hat will help with that, so your kids stay safe while out in the sun.

Umbrella

We hope you won’t be needing these, but we recommend you prepare for any kind of weather. It’s worth bringing a small collapsible one so you can fit it in your bag. As the weather is unpredictable, these weather-dependent items should always be on hand, just in case.

Extra layers

Planning on watching the evening parade? If you are, then you might want to bring an extra few layers for the family. It can get chilly towards the end of the day when you’re standing watching the characters go by and the fireworks explode in the night sky.

Pen & autograph book

What’s a Disney trip without a few autographs from your favourite Disney characters (Yep that includes parents too, we know you’d love to meet Micky!). Well, if you bring a pen and an autograph book for your kids, then when you get some snaps of them with their Disney friends, they can ask the likes of Cinderella and Donald Duck to sign their autograph book.

Camera

Of course, don’t forget the camera for those memorable moments. Whether it’s your camera on your phone, a disposable one, or anything else, bringing one along on your trip means you can get a snap when your little ones are meeting the many Disney characters!

Tickets and Passes

This is THE most important. Make sure these are at the top of your Disneyland Paris packing list, then check, and check again! This includes your day pass tickets and anything else you might’ve pre-booked. Once you’re all in the park, you can do whatever you wish on your Disney adventure.
