Heading to the magical kingdom but unsure of how much spending money for Disneyland Paris you’ll need? There’s no definitive answer here. Ultimately, your Disneyland Paris spending money depends on the experience you want to get, and if you want to take home a souvenir of any kind.

Whether you’re wondering how to do Disneyland Paris on a budget or would like to try out all of the Disneyland Paris restaurants, we’re here with some tips and advice on how much spending money you’ll need.

What do you want from your Disney experience?

Let’s dive in and explore what could impact how much spending you need for Disneyland Paris.

Shops/Boutiques

Question number one to consider is whether you’d like to purchase anything from the Disney shops. Disney has a huge amount of shops dotted around its parks, selling merchandise, toys and more. Perhaps you’d like to take a little something home as a souvenir, or buy a gift for a special someone?

This is certainly something to think about because it’ll definitely affect how much Disneyland Paris spending money you take. Merchandise can start from as little as a few euros and go up to hundreds, depending on whether you’re buying a small souvenir or a big gift. You can choose from teddy bears, costumes, and action figures to custom-built lightsabers.

Food

Next, it’s time to think about food. Are you going to take a packed lunch (which if you’re joining PGL on a Disney adventure then yours is included) or do you want to explore the themed cuisine found all over the park?

If you’re opting for a packed lunch then you won’t need to bring any money to purchase food, unless you want to grab a snack, drink or sweet treat along the way.

If you want to have lunch and dinner at Disneyland Paris then here are a few things to consider. You can find various types of places to eat such as:

  • On-the-go
  • Quick service restaurants
  • All-you-can-eat buffets
  • Table service

On-the-go includes quick snacks such as ham and cheese toasties, pretzels and more. These usually range up to about €9/€10 depending on what you’re choosing.

Quick-service restaurants usually serve meals that include a main, fries/side, and a drink, and prices can vary from around €10-€16.

All-you-can-eat buffets at Disneyland serve up a collection of tasty meals, and each restaurant usually offers different types of food. Prices vary from around €20-€25 for kids, and around €35-€40 for adults.

Table service restaurants are like your classic sit-down meals, but of course, at Disney, they’re always serving up new things! You can choose from burgers, Mexican, steak and more, with prices varying depending on what you choose and how many courses you have.

How much spending money for Disneyland Paris that you take for food completely depends on what type of dining experience you’d like to try!

Disney Premier Access

Want to speed past the queues like Lightning McQueen? There’s also the option of purchasing Disney’s Premier Access pass which will allow you to jump the line on certain attractions, meaning you can fit more adventures into your day. If you’re happy to wait, then you won’t need this, but if you want to speed up your wait times, then the Disney Premier Access pass is priced from €90-€190 depending on the time of year.

Photographs

Lastly comes photographs. Want to see all your family’s faces as you go from stationary to lightning-fast on Avengers Assemble: Flight Force? Then you might want to purchase a photograph after an attraction as their cameras catch your reactions on camera. You can buy the PhotoPass+ for around €75 which allows you to store and save all of your photos from every ride, or you can also purchase them individually if you’d prefer.
