Online Booking Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I find the date I want in the system?

Some of our breaks run mostly in the school holidays, some of our breaks run only during school term time. Our booking system highlights available dates to be selected, however all dates won’t always be available for all centres.

My group is large - why can't I book online?

Our system only allocates bookings for smaller groups (6-8 people for most centres), if your group is larger than this and requires multiple rooms we find it works better to speak to our friendly team – they can assess the best configuration of rooms for your requirements. Call them on 0333 321 2114.

Why can’t my child do dry slope skiing on their own?

The dry ski slope is booked via a third party supplier - their rules require every child booked to be accompanied by a paying adult.

What if I want to make changes to my online booking?

If you need to make a change to your booking information, just give our friendly team a call on 0333 321 2114 and they’ll be happy to help you.

Why can’t I book for today?

Sorry, our online booking system only allows activity adventures to be booked 24 hours ahead. We need time to put groups together and plan a great programme. If you give our friendly team a call on 0333 321 2114 we can talk to you about availability for your next adventure.

Can we choose our activities?

All of our centres have far more activities than it is possible to squeeze into one holiday so the programme will be planned for you by the centre team.
If there is an activity that you really want to try, you can request it when you book and we will pass your request to our centre teams - however we cannot guarantee that it will be included in your programme.

Exclusively on the 7 night holidays we operate a 'flexi-session' as one of the planned activity sessions each day. This allows you the flexibility to either try another one (but normally two) of our great multi activities that will be planned in each day, or join in with an organised team game or just chill out.

Can children under 5 participate on PGL family adventures?

Children under 5 are welcome at our centres and can travel for free alongside their family in the UK and at a reduced cost for our French Adventures.  Please note that most activities are not possible for under 5’s however if safety equipment fits, instructors are satisfied that they can participate safely and confidently and there is sufficient time, we are happy for under 5’s to sample the activities.

We need to book them in so that we get the right room configuration for your group but we can’t offer specialist childcare, so at least one parent will need to be able to care for them during activities.

There was a problem with my payment going through and I did not receive an email, what should I do?
