The Party Leader is ‘in loco parentis’ and responsible for the group at all times. Please be aware that PGL Representatives cannot take responsibility for your group at any time and will request that a teacher is present during all activities.

Medical and health matters

Any medical, physical, cultural, dietary or behavioural needs which PGL and/or our suppliers need to be aware of should be detailed before departure. It’s essential you inform us well in advance if a party member has any condition that needs special attention or which may prevent them from taking part in any activity. This will enable us to make any necessary arrangements if possible.
