Ski Leader Guide
In order to make the final arrangements for your ski trip and make sure our suppliers have all the required information, we ask you to complete and return the Ski Final Information Forms 12 weeks prior to travel so we can ensure a high standard of service from our suppliers.
Final Information Forms are available to download from your MyPGL account at any time.
Once completed, please return these to your PGL Tour Organiser no later than 12 weeks before travel.
Late submission of forms will result in an administration fee of £15 per person.
Should we receive the final forms later than 12 weeks before travel, we cannot guarantee a high standard of service from our suppliers.
12 weeks before you travel we will require a detailed list of all passengers to submit to the airline; this is known as Advanced Passenger Information (API).
Information provided must be EXACTLY as it appears on the passports.
You can download the spreadsheet to collate this information at any time from MyPGL.
Your e-tickets will be forwarded to you by your Tour Organiser once they have been issued.
It is the responsibility of the Party Leader to check through the tickets carefully to ensure all passenger details are correct. Changes to names or passport details after submission may result in admin fees imposed by the airline.
This comprehensive guide will be emailed to you with your Final Information; however, at all times throughout the booking process you will have access to it on MyPGL.
Why not take your group to a local dry ski slope or indoor ski slope before you travel?
This is an invaluable experience, particularly for beginners, familiarising them with wearing and carrying skis, negotiating ski lifts and basic techniques.
