About Hotel Plankenhof

Located just outside the Tyrolean village of Pill at the entrance to the Ziller valley, the Plankenhof is a lovely, traditional Austrian hotel, built in the 15th Century.

The hotel has a welcoming reception area with a house bar and a large dining room. Meals are served in the hotel restaurant and guests are provided with a packed lunch to take to the slopes.

Guests start their skiing in the resort of Zell am Ziller (approx. 30 mins from the hotel). The pass covers the whole of the Ziller valley, so you can choose to ski from different resorts on different days during the week. The Hintertux glacier is also found at the end of the valley.

Accommodation

The Pension has 30 rooms, which can accommodate 70 persons.

All rooms are en-suite with either a bath or shower and WC.

Pupils are accommodated in mainly 4-6 bedded rooms.

Teachers are accommodated in twin and 3-bedded rooms.

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
