About Jugendhotel Buchegg
The Jugendhotel Buchegg offers a high standard of youth accommodation and a true mountain experience.
Experienced skiers can ski directly from the hotel, whilst beginners take a taxi shuttle down to the beginner lifts on the valley floor. Beginners usually meet at the bottom of the Westgipfel lift. They can then progress to the more challenging slopes on the Zwölferkogel before exploring further afield to the slopes in Hinterglemm, Saalbach and Fieberbrunn.
The coach is unable to reach the hotel. Taxi shuttles are provided to take the group to lessons and back, if required.
There are a total of 392 beds in 44 multi-bedded and 14 double rooms. Adults are usually accommodated in 2-3 bedded rooms and students are generally accommodated in 6 bedded rooms.
A damage deposit may be charged on arrival.
There is a spacious, modern dining room. Breakfast is served buffet style. A packed lunch is provided for the slopes. However, hot lunches are available on request (subject to an extra charge). In the evenings, there is a 3-course meal with a generous salad buffet.
