Le Chalet du Bon Air

Les Arcs, France

About Le Chalet du Bon Air

Built in the 1930s, the Chalet du Bon Air is a traditional stone-built mountain hotel which has a strong history of providing activity and educational holidays for young people.

The owners are experienced at welcoming youth and school groups and are flexible to their guests’ needs.

The hotel lies at an altitude of 1450m in the hamlet of Nancroix and a 5km drive takes you from the hotel to the lifts for Les Arcs and the Vanoise Express (Paradiski lift pass extension available at a supplement). Air groups can use the free ski bus that stops outside the Bon Air.

Accommodation

The Bon Air comprises two buildings: the main house, where PGL groups stay, and a small annexe of five rooms with a further 15 beds 20m away.

The main house accommodates up to 61 guests in 16 bright and welcoming en-suite rooms which sleep 2-5 students in individual and bunk beds. Nine rooms have balconies and there is a lift to the second floor.

Accommodation is on a full board basis. A continental breakfast, packed lunch and three-course evening meal are provided each day. The staff offer a variety of meals, many of which are inspired by local French cuisine such as the well-loved cheese fondue. If preferred, groups can return to the chalet for a hot lunch (ski school times permitting).

You may be charged a damage deposit on arrival.
