Customers with bookings that have already been cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions

We have been in individual contact with any customers affected by the closure of our centres, to date. If you need to contact us further in relation to a cancelled booking you can do so by emailing us at holidays@pgl.co.uk

Latest update Autumn 2020: Family Adventures are here in September and October

Latest: we can confirm that 'rule of 6' guideline, confirmed by the Government on 9th September, does not affect our Family Adventures Autumn programmes as we do not accommodate family room sizes above 6 all other aspects of our holidays (including catering, bars and activities) have required 'Covid-safe' approaches in place that are line with all latest government requirements and maintain required social distancing for families.

Following the successful reopening of selected centres this August we are delighted to confirm that we are now also open in September and October at 4 centres and have some fantastic new ways to enjoy the PGL magic at weekends and at October Half Term.

At each of these centres we are satisfied that we are now able to safely operate our Family Adventure multi-activity programmes, with careful protective measures in place, and following Government guidelines.

This means that customers with existing holidays at these centres in Autumn are unaffected but that customers with bookings at other centres this Autumn are not now going ahead.
