Following the announced by the government ,on Monday 22nd February, of plans to relax lockdown measures during 2021, we can confirm we will be able to reopen for Family Adventures, bigger and better than ever from May half-term onwards.

Regrettably, the clarity provided in the recent announcement also means that bookings for Family Adventures taking place prior to the 28th May, including Easter, will not be able to go ahead due to restrictions for hospitality and overnight stays that will be in place. We have individually contacted those customers affected by this, to discuss their options and preferences. If you have a booking with us for a Family Adventure due to take place prior to 28th May and have not received an email or call from us, please contact us directly by phone or email using the contact details on our website.

We now eagerly anticipate what we expect will be a very happy and busy summer of Family Adventures. Customers with bookings that have already been cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions
