What is a PGL family activity day?
A PGL family activity day is one day of fun and exhilarating activities during the school holidays, where everyone in the family can take part. Nope, this one’s not just for the children. The day runs from 10:00 - 16:30 and includes three thrilling activities!
It’s a fantastic way to spend the summer holidays with your children. You’ll get to challenge yourself and each other in activities you might never have tried before.
What happens on a PGL family activity day?
You and the family will enjoy an action-packed day of activities. Have a go at Archery, or zoom down our zip wire! It’s non-stop fun throughout the day.
Also included is a tasty hot lunch. Relax and refuel in our dining room, and get ready for some more thrilling activities.

Adventurous activities for the whole family
Zip Wire
If you love the adrenaline then this one's for you! Fly across the treetops at super-high speed as progressively reach ground level. You’ll be gone in a flash. It’s a brilliant way to see the whole centre while you’re up high.

Archery
This is a classic adventure activity loved by all. Try your hand with a real bow and arrow, with our expert instructors there to walk you through the basics. Who’ll be the first to hit the bullseye?

High Ropes
Tackle the obstacle course high above ground. As you manoeuvre your way through the course, you’ll be met with new challenges. Make your way from tree to tree and reach the end to beat the course!

Giant Swing
You’ll need to get comfy in this two seater swing, because the rest of your family will be hauling you up to 10m high before you pull the release cord where you’ll come swinging down and back up!
